IKEA’s Photo-tagging & iPhone app

Google Buzz

Recently, IKEA launched a marketing campaign on the social networking giant Facebook.
An account was created under the store manager’s name so people had a face to relate to. A photo album containing showroom images was uploaded and users were supposed to tag themselves onto any object in the picture. The first person to tag a furniture would get to take it home.

IKEA UK has released a free iPhone catalogue app that lets you browse the latest catalogue on your phone. Download it here.
